Staff

 The staff of Elim Homes is ably headed up by Administrator Arlene Ball.  Arlene has been actively involved in the operations of Elim Homes since her teen years and has experience at every level.  Her exercise, love and care for this work and for the residents has been consistently and abundantly evident over many years.  Arlene's husband, Gary, assists her in the clerical work, and by participating in the morning devotions and Bible studies. 

Our capable and dedicated staff attend to the needs and requests of our residents with care and compassion.  They perform their duties with the realization that Elim residents are special people from diverse backgrounds who deserve a lifestyle that will allow the enjoyment of life and health.
